Football season has been approved and we will be starting practice!

FEE: The fee this year is $50. (you can call the office to have the fee added to your Parent Portal).

PHYSICAL PACKETS:

Please bring in your physicals with paperwork and payment as soon as you can.

Blank packets will be available outside the front office beginning 7:30 Friday morning 9/25.

SPECIAL FEE AND PACKET TURN IN: Friday September 25^th 7:30am – 9:00 am, at the front office

We will need all paperwork and payment in before the Sept. 30^th practice.

Please bring all paperwork and payment to the office.

Student athletes will receive a yellow pass to participate once everything is completed.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Monday, Sept. 28^th-Impact testing for all 7^th graders and new to Centennial 8^th graders.

Tuesday, Sept. 29^th-Equipment checkout all

Wednesday, Sept. 30^th-Practice for 7^th and 8^th grade
