Things you need to know when coming to a Centennial Football game during the COVID Pandemic.
-We will take your temperature and ask three questions.
-Everyone will need to wear a mask
-Bring your own chair
-Social Distance as much as possible
-The spectator limit is 250 people.
-All students need to be accompanied by an adult.
-Cheer on our athletes
Sports Process
Students athletes will not be able to practice or play until ALL paperwork and payment have been made. Once the student-athlete is cleared they will receive a yellow pass which then will be given to the coach. The student-athlete will then be able to participate.
Please check announcements and website to find out when the start date for when each sport begins.

The physical packet is below or can be obtained from the office.
(a physical Packet includes - 1)Physical Exam and Parent Permit (front and Back),2) Training Code (2 pages),3) Insurance Form and 4)Medical Emergency Form, Parent handbook)
In order to play sports a student MUST have:
A current completed physical packet,
fees must be paid, grades must qualify.
